A very quick Hot Fix note based on player feedback:
- Spell effect icons now start blinking with 10 remaining seconds (as they did prior to 1.120) but will continue to display their duration on their tooltips down to 3 seconds at which point the duration text will change to "fading."
If already logged in, players will need to log out and run the patcher in order to see this change.
