Game Update 1.114a!

Update 4:45pm EDT: All servers are back online.

We will be bringing the servers offline tomorrow, Tuesday, March 12th, for the implementation of Patch 1.114a.
The servers will be coming down at 8:00 am EDT / 1:00 pm CET. We anticipate that the servers will be back online no later than 4:00 pm EDT / 9:00 pm CET.



Highlights


  • Epic Armor has been updated, and new Epic Accessories and Weapons are available from your King!
  • Guild Merit Bonuses have been improved!
  • Open your Personal Vault anywhere with the new /Bank command!
  • Clear up that inventory! Several  no-trade items have been made trade-able and most stackable Items have had their stack limit increased!

Changes

Guild Merit Bonuses
  • The Following Guild Merit Bonuses have been changed:
    • Craft Haste Bonus has been increased from 5% to 10%
    • Artifact Experience Bonus has been increased from 5% to 20%
    • Realm Point Bonus has been increased from 2% to 5%
    • PvE Experience Bonus has been increased from 5% to 15%
    • Master Level XP Bonus has been removed.
  • Guild Merit Bonus duration has been decreased from 24 hours to 12 hours.
  • All Guild Merit Bonuses have had their cost reduced from 1000 Guild Merit Points to 250 Guild Merit Points.
  • Guilds may now activate up to two simultaneous Guild Merit Bonuses.
General
  • Tombstones will no longer be generated for level 50 characters.
  • Tombstones generated by players below level 50 now last for 1 hour (was 48 hours).
  • Characters are now put on taxi when they purchase a taxi ticket and auto-dismount if mounted when they purchase a taxi ticket.

Bug Fixes
  • Vendo form for Kobold Berserkers will now scale down to Kobold size.
  • Players may no longer teleport their group members whilst in combat in the Labyrinth.

Changes

Epic Armor
  • All Epic Armor, Accessories, and Weapon are received upon speaking to the King at CL0 and embarking on the Champion Levels rather than during CL1-10.
  • Epic Armor has had a pass and all resist holes, stat holes, and other bugs should be cleared up.
  • Epic Armor's procs have been increased to a 120 hp heal and a 200pt 50% absorb. Necromancers have been given /uses to replace these procs.
  • Epic Armor has had additional stats added to it. Stat Caps unlock at CL3, ToA bonuses at CL8, and the 2nd armor proc at CL10.
  • The Exemplar Ring and Bracer accessories have had their stats slightly increased to put appropriate stats at 96/90 with the full set equipped at CL0 and 96/96 at CL3. They have also given +5 to AF each for a total of 20 AF on the set.

No Trade Items
  • Several items which were previously No-Trade have been made trade-able. Among these are:
    • Dragonslayer Armor
    • First and Second Generation Epic Armor are now trade-able
    • All New User Journey Quest Hub Armor is now trade-able
    • All Epic Mounts are now trade-able
    • All Dragonbane weapons are now trade-able
    • Dragonslayer and Dragonbane equipment is now only usable to characters level 45 and up.

Stackable Items
  • All crafting reagents which previously stacked to 200 items will now stack to 1000 items
  • All Shortbow Arrows and Crossbow Bolts will now stack to 1000

User Interface


Changes
  • A player position indicator has been added to the map. The updated icon will indicate the direction in which a character is traveling.
  • Players may now bring up their vaults anywhere with the /bank command.
    • This command can be used anywhere, including RvR Zones
    • Moving or taking damage will cause the vault window to immediately close

General

  • FPS limit has been raised to ~120 (from ~60)
  • Added hard total cap of 10% to spell bonus damage
